PH | 6~7 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | A reddish brown viscous liquid that can dissolve with water in any ratio. It has a fixation effect on dyed fabrics. After fixation treatment, the color fastness to washing and rubbing can be improved by 0.5 levels, and the color difference after fixation is relatively small. Can be used in the same bath with cationic and non ionic surfactants, not with anionic surfactants. |
Use | This product is used as a fabric fixing agent. The combination of formaldehyde free fixing agent and sodium chloride in a mass ratio of about 2:1 can reduce the cost of fixing agent and improve the fixing effect. |
Transport as non hazardous goods. Store in a cool and dry warehouse.
Add a mass ratio of 100:14 dimethyldiallylammonium chloride monomer and diallylamide monomer to the reactor, followed by 15.00% glacial acetic acid and a certain amount of distilled water. When heating to 80-85 ℃, add a certain amount of ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite. After the polymerization reaction occurs, when the temperature rises to 100 ℃, continuously add the remaining ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite, and maintain the reaction at 98-104 ℃ for 3 hours. Then add an appropriate amount of ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite, and continue the reaction for 0.5 hours. The amounts of ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite are 1.00% and 0.50% of the monomer amount, respectively. After the reaction is completed, add an appropriate amount of distilled water and lower the temperature to 50 ℃ for discharge.
